Capacity building : Redefining the strategic management of mails at ARSEL

The Sub Department in charged with the management of mails at ARSEL have undergone from the 9th to 13th May, 2022, in Soa, a capacity building exercise on the theme ‘Effective and professional management of internal and external mails and reprography in public administrative establishments’.

During this training program, the personnel of the mails service were drilled on the technics of managing mails and the administrative procedure in treating them. With the use of concrete examples, they carried out exercises to buttress the methodology of handling incoming and outgoing mails, confidential mails, emails, telephone calls and fax, as well as their reprographic technics.

With their capacities reinforced, a more professional approach is expected from the mails service at ARSEL, especially in this era of communication through the social media where administrative documents are circulated in the public against the wish of the administration.

The training was done by the SNEY Group, which is a research cabinet that offers intellectual services to enterprises and reinforce the capacities of their personnel. This with the objective of promoting professional excellence.
