The Electricity Sector Regulatory Agency (ARSEL) is pleased to present to the various players involved in the electricity sector as well as to users of statistical data, the results of the survey carried out in June 2012 with of AES SONEL subscribers.
Already in 2011, ARSEL had to carry out the very first survey of its kind among 6,000 subscribers selected in some regions of the country. The 2012 survey focused on a larger sample of 10,000 subscribers and covered all ten (10) regions of the national territory.
ARSEL warmly congratulates the investigators who, through their dedication and competence, have made it possible to obtain quality information from subscribers. To these subscribers, ARSEL would like to express its sincere thanks for their collaboration in the field.
